If we are unable to identify you electronically, you’ll need to provide us with 100 points of identification by emailing us legible copies of your documents.
You can either provide two of these documents below:

Passport (current or expired within the last 2 years, but not cancelled)

Drivers licence issued by an Australian State or Territory

Government-issued Proof of Age Card
Or one document from the list above, and your:

Medicare card
We will let you know if we need you to do this.
